Hadrian’s Wall Path Sew-on Sestertius Badge

The badge design is based on a Sestertius of Hadrian (Roman coin) from the River Tyne, Newcastle.  The image was sourced from the collection of the Museum of Antiquities of the University and Society of Antiquaries of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Size: approx 8cm diameter.

Design includes the National Trail Acorn and World Heritage Site symbol.
